Welcome to Seeds of Beginning Shipping Policy section. We believe in transparent communication to build trust and ensure our customers' satisfaction. We strive to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible, and for most countries the turnaround time from when you made your purchase should be 7 -10 work days. We will let you know as soon as possible if there has been a delay for any reason. Wherever possible we will have the product manufactured nearest the country it's being shipped to.

 

Here, we aim to provide clear details about our shipping process and any additional information you may need. We want you to feel confident and well-informed when making a purchase with us. We ask you to leave a little more time than you think you need when making any purchases as a gift for special occasions, just on the off chance there my be an unanticipated delay at any sorting or delivery station.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Seeds of Beginnings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it if the item hasn't been used. Although getting the items to you is free, you must pay to return the item. We strive to make the process straightforward and customer-friendly, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.

Before making your purchase, be sure to read this part of our policy so you understand that there may occasionally be a difference between the colors you see online, which is a digital representation, and the colors that appear on your mug or garment. We strive for the best possible quality in every instance, but at times a rendition you receive may look better or brighter, and at times it may appear slightly more dull in color.

 

This can happen because printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result, including:

  • Machine type

  • Machine settings

  • Humidity in the room

  • When the machine was last cleaned

Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.Nonetheless, if you are not happy with your product when you see it, you may return it for the cost of shipping.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you or your end customer receive defective or damaged orders that were not caused by the content provided by you or your customer, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes:

  • Damage to the delivered products

  • Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products

  • Lack of quality of the delivered product to the point where it appears defective
